We are a newly incorporated blank check company. We will seek to capitalize on the tactical, operational and organizational experience of our founder William P. Foley, II. We believe Mr. Foley’s distinguished business track record can have a transformative impact on a target business. Although we may pursue targets in any industry, we intend to initially focus our search on identifying a prospective target business in financial technology or information and business services, which acts as an essential utility to industries that are core to the economy. We may also pursue a target outside of the financial technology or information services sector should we find an attractive business that fits within Mr. Foley’s historical areas of business expertise. We believe that a prospective target business will have the potential to benefit from a recovering economy, presenting an opportunity to invest. Our team will deploy a proactive sourcing strategy and focus our efforts on companies where we believe the combination of Mr. Foley’s operating experience, deal making and capital allocation prowess, professional relationships and tactical expertise can be catalysts to enhance the growth potential and value of a target business and provide opportunities for attractive returns to our shareholders.
